Maa Saraswati University is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), a statutory body of the Government of India responsible for coordinating, determining, and maintaining standards of university education across the country.

Bar Council of India (BCI)

The Bar Council of India is a statutory body established under the Advocates Act, 1961, to regulate legal education and the practice of law in India. Its members, elected from the Indian legal community, represent the Bar and prescribe standards of professional conduct and discipline. The Council also sets standards for legal education and grants recognition to universities whose law degrees qualify graduates to enroll as advocates.

Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)

The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) is a statutory body established under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, to regulate pharmacy education and the practice of the profession in India. Its primary objectives include overseeing pharmacy education for registration as a pharmacist and regulating the professional standards and practice of pharmacy across the country.

Council of Architecture (COA)

The Council of Architecture (COA) is a statutory body established under the Architects Act, 1972, by the Government of India. It ensures the maintenance of professional and educational standards in architecture through regular inspections and expert evaluations. The COA also advises the Central Government on the recognition or de-recognition of architectural qualifications and ensures that institutions uphold the required standards of architectural education.
